The Manjari Motif: This piece is inspired by the delicate Manjaris—the blossom spikes—of the Tulsi plant. It features an intricate blend of deep forest greens, accented by ethereal purples and soft “blossom” beads that mimic the natural flowering crown of a Tulsi leaf.

Artist’s Note: The Tulsi Blossom is part of my one-off “Vraja Garden” series. These designs are created in very small editions; once a design leaves my studio, I retire that inspiration and move on to the next.
