Description
A Tribute to Tulsidevi The Tulsi Blossom design captures the wild, spiritual beauty of the hidden gardens of Vrindavan. In these sacred spaces, the air is thick with the scent of Tulsi, and the Lord wanders amidst the delicate, flowering spikes. This jewelled flower mala is a tribute to that divine connection, capturing the moment when the grove is in full bloom and the cooling energy of the forest is at its peak.
Artistry & Inspiration
-
The Manjari Motif: This piece is inspired by the delicate Manjaris—the blossom spikes—of the Tulsi plant. It features an intricate blend of deep forest greens, accented by ethereal purples and soft “blossom” beads that mimic the natural flowering crown of a Tulsi leaf.
-
A Tapestry of the Grove: Every jewelled flower mala I create is designed to illuminate the Lord’s complexion. These deep greens and violet accents provide a stunning contrast to His transcendental form, bringing the atmosphere of a secluded blossom grove directly to your home altar.
The Divine Fit: Expert Tailoring I have engineered this jewelled flower mala to hang with a supple grace. It features my signature asymmetrical, slim-profile side which allows the beads to pass beneath His arm effortlessly. This ensures the garland rests perfectly against His form without obstructing His flute-playing or His graceful posture.
-
12-inch to 15-inch Deities: On smaller forms, the Tulsi Blossom offers a long, traditional sweeping drape that reaches toward the lotus feet.
-
18-inch Deities: On the 18-inch Lord, this garland transitions into a refined hip-length fit. It sits elegantly just below the waist, resting near the top of the thigh for a tailored, royal look.

Artist’s Note: The Tulsi Blossom is part of my one-off “Vraja Garden” series. These designs are created in very small editions; once a design leaves my studio, I retire that inspiration and move on to the next. If your heart is pulling you toward the aesthetic of the blossom grove, now is the time to claim this piece.
