I post once a week as required. Australia Post Postal Service is the shipping method used. Shipping is calculated for you by size and weight at the checkout. I also use this same checkout process to check shipping for you.

SHIPPING – International
I use Australia Post parcel shipping, with standard shipping option – this ensures your package is trackable. After the item is posted, you will receive the tracking number, and your order will be updated with the tracking number.
International Postage times depend on your country of Delivery. All items are posted from Australia, and standard International Postage times are 2-3 weeks. Some countries may take longer as the postage service from Australia hands it over to your destination Postage service. Ie India Post for Indian delivery, USPS for the USA, Canada Post for Canada, and so on.
IMPORT DUTIES
This also means you will not be able to claim post protection, and there will be no insurance on your item. In general the cost of importing with insurance is too high to value using it. I know you are spending wisely, and I am dedicated to careful useage of your funds.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – International
International Express Shipping is still subject to Customs border control. No guarantees can be given on the timeline once Australia Post hands the package over to your Destination Country Postal Service – It does provide superior tracking, and potentially faster service by a few days or a week.
Express Shipping to USA – This can take 5 business days, but it may take longer, or shorter.
Express Shipping to India – We have an instance where this occured within 5 business days, but no guarantee on timeframe for this service.
STANDARD SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA
Using Australia post, your item may take 2-3 days before it is posted, here at Remember Krishna we post once weekly, and not across the weekends. If your order is urgent, reach out by email, we are happy to assist with speedier delivery in instance of rushed timeline.
Your item will come with a tracking number which will be added to your order once postage has occurred.
Express Shipping – Australia
If you are in a hurry for your item, select Express Shipping, but be aware it may take 2-3 days to get item to post office, & unless delivery is to SA or WA, or remote Australia, you should find that Standard Delivery will serve you perfectly well.
If you are in an urgent hurry for your item, please direct message me or leave a note on the purchase – I will make a special effort to get your item to post office next day, as long as it is ready made to go! Backordered items take time to create, if you have a deadline in mind please reachout to discuss. You can reach me via contact page, or directly by facebook messenger or Instagram direct message.
Select the appropriate shipping method as desired in checkout. REMEMBERKRISHNA is not liable for packages which do not arrive or mail which is lost, although compassionate discretion will be employed.
Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of REMEMBERKRISHNA.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Should there be some fault or issue with your purchase, at my discretion, you may be eligible for a store credit. Change of mind does not constitute a reason for a refund.
